Jerry Oster - Job Developer

Jerrold (Jerry) Oster began work at ProWorks in August of 2003; his responsibilities, at that time, were custodial and maintenance, but his personal talents suggested that he may be successful in the area of job development as well. Jerry now divides his time between job development and maintenance. Jerry has a "creative" mind and enjoys the challenge of the many "special" projects given him.
Jerry is a 1961 graduate of Kimball High School. Jerry is married; he and his wife, Deb live in Watkins, and have two grown daughters. Jerry worked as an electrician, for J.M. Ertl & Sons Hardware, in Watkins, for twenty years; he participated in the Blandin Foundation Leadership Program in 1987; he became Editor of the Watkins Patriot newspaper in 1987; he is a 23 year member of the Watkins Lions Club - Jerry is the recipient of the Melvin Jones Fellow award; he is a co-founder of the Watkins Community Theatre Group, and he served as a charter member of the Hilltop Care Center Citizens Board. Jerry is a retired member of the Watkins Volunteer Fire Department.
