Employment Application

Program Coordinator
ProWork Program Coordinator, in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams, develops Individual Program Plans (IPP); oversees the implementation and evaluation of each IPP, and provides training and supervision to ProWorks’ instructors.  The Program Coordinator is directly responsible to the Director.

Instructor
The Instructor provides training and care, as described in Individual Program Plans, to persons served by ProWorks; the Instructor is directly responsible to ProWorks’ Program Coordinators.

Program Assistant
The Program Assistant provides training and care, as described in Individual Program Plans, to persons served by ProWorks; the Production Assistant is directly responsible to ProWorks’ Instructors.

Job Developer
The Job Developer is responsible for all matters involving the acquisition of center-based work procurement and community-based work contracts; the Job Developer is directly responsible to ProWorks’ Director.

Production Assistant
The Production Assistant provides job support to ProWorks’ instructors; this person is directly responsible to ProWorks’ Job Developer.

Route Driver
The Route Driver provides for the safe transport of persons receiving ProWorks’ services; the driver is directly responsible to ProWorks’ Program Coordinators.
